Her career reflects a dedication to high-end bespoke private catering, marked by an impressive clientele that includes the British Royal Family, notable Aristocracy and celebrated personalities.

Pauline’s passion for excellence and her love for cooking, especially working with an abundance of flavours, underscore her commitment to surpass client expectations and elevate any event into an exquisite culinary journey.

When not catering, Pauline’s other passion is travelling the world off the beaten track with her family – digging ever deeper into local culture and cuisine – in order to bring a certain ‘je ne sais quoi’ back to FoodAmour’s base.
