Her passion for food and thirst for knowledge has enabled her to perfect her own style of cooking – deeply rooted in French and Italian Classic Cuisine and discipline – with a subtle but highly impacting touch of fusion.
When not catering, Pauline’s other passion is travelling the world off the beaten track with her family – digging ever deeper into local culture and cuisine – in order to bring a certain ‘je ne sais quoi’ back to Foodamour’s base in Newmarket.
